GrandQueens 2025 Guidelines

The “GrandQueens Global Leadership Awards 2025” shall be the Sixth Season of this prestigious Award brought to you by “GrandQueens Club” & instituted through “Lions Club of Hyd YUVA”, Dist 320A

This Award is Created & Curated by “Celebration Makers” in association with “Haldi Sehra”

The GQ Awards celebrates Womanhood on various dates in various cities in March 2025!!

Locations/Cities for Season 6 will be announced shortly.

  • FILLING THE FORM IS MANDATORY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE AWARD, FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE FORM COMPLETELY FILLED WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION

  • REMEMBER WHATEVER YOU MENTION IN THIS FORM SHALL BE YOUR REFLECTION & FIRST IMPRESSION UPON THE JURY

Step 1 : 
You are seeing this Application for Nomination Form only if it’s directly shared with you by authorized representative/members of GrandQueens Club/Celebration Makers & Associate Organisations. This form is sent to you only after you have shown interest in Nominating for the Prestigious Award. Few fields in this form maybe repetitive.

Step 2 : 
Once you submit your Application, the Team/Panel/Jury shall go through all the forms and shall scrutinize as per their parameters. You should be prepared to receive calls/messages by Team Members/Panel Members in case they need to discuss with you.

Step 3 : 
Once the filtration is done, your given Pic & info shall be published on our Website/Social Media as “Nominees” for popular voting. The details for the same shall be available on our Website/Social Media Pages soon

Step 4 : 
Once your form is selected we shall confirm you the same and declared as “Nominee” shall be required to upload a video of upto 60 seconds introducing themselves, talking about their work and why GrandQueens Award is important for them. (A Sample Video shall be shared for reference). The video has to be uploaded on YouTube/instagram tagging us @grandqueensclub

Step 5 : 
The Final Awardees shall be intimated as follows :

  • Hyderabad : Awardees will be informed by 25th February 2025 through email. In case you don’t get any email from us, please connect with us on instagram
  • Other Cities : Awardees will be informed by 20th March 2025 through email. In case you don’t get any email from us, please connect with us on instagram

GUIDELINES

  1. The ideal age for Nominations is 18 years as of 1st Jan 2025
  2. There shall be three types of Awards for 25 years & above nominations: Torch Bearers /  Leaders / Stalwart
  3. For 18-25 years the Nomination type will be under “GrandQueens Young Stars”
  4. As an exception, depending on the profile, Nominations for Ages 16-18 may be accepted after consent from the Legal Guardian of the nominee.
  5. The decision of the JURY shall be final & binding and cannot be addressed for any clarifications. Every person submitting this form shall agree to abide by the said Guidelines mentioned herein or further communicated through the authorized representations in person or public.
  6. Advisory, guidelines & rules shall be intimated as and when required. The process shall be followed by the Organisers as per these guidelines irrespective of the same being communicated externally. The Organisers may make suitable changes as required from time to time without advance information or communication and any part or whole thereof cannot be disputed.
  7. Any communication posted on our website www.grandqueens.club and/or posted in any of the above given social media page link(s), shall be considered as official communication to applicants/nominees/awardees. This implies in case you don’t get any direct communication/response over email/WhatsApp/text message/voice call. Hence it is important for you to follow our Social Media & the website to keep a check on further updates.
  8. No Authorities of any accord shall be allowed to influence the process and decisions at any cost. Any influence by any nominee directly or indirectly shall result in disqualification of nomination.

  10. Previous GQ Leadership Awardees CANNOT nominate themselves for any category in 2025
  11. Every applicant may apply for maximum TWO nomination categories in a single form but shall be eligible for only one Award. In case we receive multiple application forms from the same Applicant, it may result in disqualification of application.
  12. The Award Ceremony shall be held in select cities in India which shall be announced by 1st week of March 2025. All outstation Awardees shall attend the event at their cost. International Awardees shall attend the event virtually on zoom for which our team shall coordinate directly with the Awardees. The Organisers shall not be bearing any expenses whatsoever for the same.
  13. The GrandQueens Leadership Awards 2025 is awarded under the Aegis of GrandQueens Club – a socio-economic group Created & Curated by “Celebration Makers”. The membership to the Exclusive Club is Limited and only by Invitation.
  14. As a Nominee, you agree to receive communications (promotional/commercial) over text/call/email from GrandQueens Club/Celebration Makers/Lions Club of Hyd Yuva/Haldi Sehra & all such Organisations associated with GrandQueens Club/GrandQueens Awards.
  15. Also, you agree to let the Organisers & associates use the info/data mentioned herein for their records/publicity/communications apart from all other content/data that you share till the end of the Awards ceremony.
  16. As an Awardee, you shall be one of the Brand Ambassadors of GrandQueens Club & shall help / support the activities of the Organisation by creating awareness about the same in your network.
  17. As an Awardee, you are entitled to use the title “GrandQueen” as the prefix to your name in social media/public representation and also use the e-badge of GrandQueens Club in your professional/personal/social creatives. This shall help in creating more awareness about the Organisation.

(The Organisers have the right to review their decision of the Awards within 6 months, in case they feel that the Awardee is not executing their ethical responsibility of creating awareness in their network)

Submission of the said form concludes that you have agreed to all of the above and also you shall abide by the process/decisions of the Organisers whether or not mentioned above
