GrandQueens 2024 Guidelines

The GrandQueens Leadership Awards 2024 shall be the Fifth Season of this prestigious Award brought to you by GrandQueens Club which is supported by Lions Club of Hyderabad YUVA.

This Award is Created & Curated by Celebration Makers.

The GrandQueens Awards shall Celebrate Womanhood on various dates in various cities in March 2024. Locations/Cities for Season 5 shall be announced shortly.

Step 1 : 
Filing the Application for Nomination. Also, you have to follow the following social media pages, in case you haven’t followed them yet :

– www.instagram.com/grandqueensclub

Step 2 : 
Once you submit your Application, the Team/Panel/Jury shall go through all the forms and shall scrutinize them as per their parameters. You should be prepared to receive calls/messages from Team Members/Panel Members in case they need to discuss with you.

Step 3 : 
Once the filtration is done, your given Pictures & information shall be published on our Website/Social Media as “Nominees”. Use of Pics provided with the form may be used for Nominee/Awardee/other Creatives related to the Awards. Also,there may be a popular voting done on our website as well.


All such details will appear around one week before the scheduled Awards Event in respective cities. Anyone not getting any direct communication by the said dates should consider not qualifying further this time. We wish them luck next time.

Step 4 : 
All the “Nominees” may be required to upload a video of upto 60 seconds introducing themselves, talking about their work and why GrandQueens
Award is important for them ( Reference link : https://www.youtube.com/@grandqueensclub7029 ).

Upload the same on Instagram/Facebook/YouTube tagging us @grandqueensclub by the given dates in Step 3 (the moment your poster appears as selected “Nominee”) for the applicable cities.

Step 5 : 
The Final Awardees shall be intimated up to two days in advance and they can schedule to attend the Celebrations in their respective cities on the given dates. Entry by Invitation only.

Last date for submitting the form is on 20th February 2024.

GUIDELINES

  • The minimum eligible age for Nominations is 18 years as on 1st Oct 2023.
  • For Age group upto 25 years the Nomination type will be under “GrandQueens Young Stars”

Note : The age criteria can be considered to be lower in case of exceptional profile and by consent of the Legal Guardian.

AWARDS

There shall be three types of Awards for Age group of 25 years & above nominations:
– Torch Bearers
– Leaders
– Stalwart
the weightage is given in terms of age viz a viz work experience/achievements in the given field.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The decision of the JURY shall be final & binding and cannot be contested or addressed for any clarifications. Every person submitting this form shall agree to abide by the said Guidelines mentioned herein or further communicated through the authorized representations in person or public.
  2. Advisory, guidelines & rules shall be intimated as and when required. The process shall be followed by the Organisers as per these guidelines irrespective of the same being communicated externally. The Organisers may make suitable changes as required from time to time without advance information or communication and any part or whole thereof cannot be disputed.
  3. Any communication posted on our website www.grandqueens.club and/or posted in any of the aforementioned social media page link(s), shall be considered as official communication to applicants/nominees/awardees. This implies in case you don’t get any applicant’s direct communication/response over email/whatsapp/text message/voicecall. Hence its important for you to follow our Social Media & the website to keep a check on further updates.
  4. No Authorities of any accord shall be allowed to influence the process and decisions at any cost. Any influence by any nominee directly or indirectly shall result in disqualification of nomination.
  5. Previous GQ Leadership Awardees can again nominate themselves only in the category for which they were not awarded before. Also, their last Award in any category should not be in the year 2020 / 2023. Any Nomination for the same previous winning category shall not be qualified. The Organisers/Jury reserve the right to accept/not accept the application from previous Awardee.
  6. Every applicant may apply for multiple nomination categories in a single form but shall be eligible for only one Award. The Jury may choose to re-align the categories for Nomination depending on the complete overview of the profile submitted. In case we receive multiple application forms from the same Applicant, it may result in disqualification of the application.
  7. The Award Ceremony shall be held in select cities in India and shall be announced by the First week of March 2024. All outstation Awardees shall attend the event at their cost. International Awardees shall attend the event virtually on zoom for which our team shall coordinate directly with the Awardees. The Organisers shall not bear any expenses whatsoever for the same.
  8. The GrandQueens Leadership Awards 2024 is awarded under the Aegis of GrandQueens Club – a socio-economic Women’s Empowerment Community Created & Curated by “Celebration Makers”. Membership to the Exclusive Club is Limited and is only by Invitation.
  9. As a Nominee, you agree to receive communications (promotional/commercial) over text/call/email from GrandQueens Club/Celebration Makers/Lions Club of Hyd Yuva & all such Organisations associated with GrandQueens Club/GrandQueens Awards.
  10. Also, you agree to let the Organizers & associates use the info/data mentioned herein for their records/publicity/communications apart from all other content/data that you share till the end of the Awards ceremony and post-ceremony publicity.
  11. As an Awardee, you shall be one of the Brand Ambassador of Grand Queens Club & shall help / support the activities of the Organisation by creating awareness about the same in your network.
  12. As an Awardee, you are entitled to use the title “Grand Queen” as the prefix to your name in social media/public representation and also use the e-badge of Grand Queens Club in your professional/personal/social creatives. This shall help in creating more awareness about the Organisation. (The Organisers have the right to review their decision of the Awards within 6 months, in case they feel that the Awardee is not executing their ethical responsibility of creating awareness in their network)

Submission of the said form concludes that you have agreed to all of the above and also you shall abide by the process/decisions of the Organisers whether or not mentioned above

(None of the aforementioned terms are contestable and are absolute in nature. Still any matters to be escalated to the Law of the Land is subject to Arbitration and restricted to Hyderabad Jurisdiction Only)
